This was my first time coming to Nissan of Bourne for service. The staff is great, and very friendly. If you want a place where you are not pressured then come here. Dave at the counter was so helpful. They clean your vehicle when they are done to. I am so happy I came in to get work done here. I am looking forward to coming back.
Stopped on the way home because the heater fan was making strange noises and vibrated. The mechanic immediately checked it out, diagnosed the problem and, even though it was close to closing time, offered to fix it right away. He expertly took apart the dash, showed me the reason for the noise (a rodent built a nest in the fan compartment) and quickly, fixed and disinfected it. This was already past closing hours. The dealership also cleaned and vacuumed my vehicle. Impressive expertise and customer service that blew me away, saving me a lot of time and hassle. I am a tough customer demanding the best and this dealership exceeded on all counts. Highly recommend them.
Best car shopping experience ever! We chose our car, and Corey and Brian had the car financed, registered and inspected within a few hours. We brought the car home with us the same day! Tim and Nick and the service team did an oil change and tire rotation on our existing Nissan while we purchased the new one. One stop shopping and it was totally stress-free.
I bought a car last week. The entire staff was extremely helpful. Kevin was my salesman, I worked with the business manager David to finance and Tony, the owner. They all were really nice and helpful. They understood what I was looking for, the features I wanted and the price range I needed to be in. They didn't try to put me in something I couldn't afford or get me to settle on something I wouldn't be happy with in the long run. My family owns a local business and when I can I try to stay local. I always truly admire and respect when the business owner is involved in the process and genuinely cares. I plan on keeping this car for years to come, but when it's time to trade in I'd go back to Nissan of Bourne!
