I can't even give them 1 star. 6 phone calls and only 1 return with a promise to quote a job. Then weeks of no returned calls. Even when you talk to the receptionist you get sent to voicemail and then no return call.
MAP Insulation Co insulated my addition six years ago. They were prompt, quick, and professional. I called them to do another estimate on the old part of my house that we are renovating. They called me back within two days and were here, did the estimate, and had it to me in 24 hours. I have hired them again. I am awaiting their return, but they gave me a 48 hour turn around. I couldn't be happier.
