"Wow" is what I say every morning! I can't believe it's our kitchen. What a first rate job your company did for our kitchen transformation. From the time we first visited your showroom, without an appointment, we were treated with superior customer service. No pushy sales techniques, only honest, couteous and helpful suggestions. Edan took a lot of time to suggest the pros and cons of each type of cabinet in various price ranges. He offered to come out to the house with the contractor so we could start planning...
I can't say enough wonderful things about the whole Cape & Islands Kitchens' operation. From design, to implementation, to completion, the whole process was perfectly streamlined. The project that I was involved in was comprised of 4 kitchens and 11 bathrooms. Their designs were flawless (Vinnie), the deliveries were punctual with ample notification (Christine), the installations were mechanical masterpieces (Joe A. and Paul), the book keeping was organized and precise and implemented in a friendly manner(Theresa), and the boss, Joe C., couldn't have been more helpful and professional--he stayed on top of the whole project .
Initially I thought that I couldn't afford a :Cape and Islands Kitchen--they're so beautiful and have such a stellar reputation. The builder encouraged me to "get a price". I did and the rest is history. If you are thinking of a remodel or if you're building a new house, check out the showroom. Meet the staff. Give them a chance--you won't be disappointed. What could have been a stressful experience turned out to be an enjoyable experience--with amazing results.
