I cannot express enough how greatful we are for them. They were very busy and still took care of everything for us and made us feel as if we were their only priority.

Honestly 5 stars doesn't even give them justice. They are beyond amazing. Dan was very understanding and beyond helpful. When we got to the shop we were already beyond stressed and very skeptical. We had already tried a different body shop and they didn't want to deal with our insurance company ( this accident was not my fault). We explain how frustrating this entire process was and how one issue with my car could only be fixed by a Chrysler repair shop. Dan told me they would take care of everything. They dealt with my ridiculous insurance company, arranged for a rental car, fix my car, and brought my car to the dealership.
Had my 2005 Porsche 911 Carrera repaired here. Although they did a good job repainting my vehicle, they did a horrendous job following up on what I thought to be a very minor, easy, quick fix. Merely a piece of molding was installed incorrectly around the windshield. I sent Steve (owner?) multiple pictures of the issue. Kept telling me he would take care of it, part on backorder, etc. One month led to two, two months led to three! Still nothing. In the end, Chris at GEICO (Regional Manager) had it taken care of at one of their preferred auto-body shops. My opinion, steer clear of this auto-body shop. If you need follow up, they'll kick you to the curb. Don't see how these guys get any repeat customers whatsoever.
A very good experience. I was treated fairly and never felt uninformed with the process. The drop off to rental pickup was seamless. They handled all the repairs and insurance paperwork "soup to nuts" so I basically just had any possible frustration or misunderstanding taken from me. My car was returned to me in immaculate condition and all repairs were totally guaranteed. My thanks to the Wenzel brothers and their team of experts for a job well done. My car looks perfect. You cannot tell my car was ever hit and all of the work is guaranteed with a warranty. Although I hope to never get into an accident again if I do I know they will be there to take care of everything! They are absolutely amazing! I cannot thank then enough!
