Took my car in there after a run in with a deer as Geico insurance uses them as an express repair shop. Excellent service, polite people, quick turn around. Aside from having to get my car repaired, it was a pleasure doing business with them.Would definitely go back if necessary.
Had a little fender bender on a Monday afternoon. Called my insurance started the claim I had a recommendation to use Miracle . My insurance set up an appointment to get damage looked at they have a claims person there very convenient. The shop owner John came out as well as the adjuster Joe. They asked if I could leave my car to be fixed that day and I explained to them both my problem with leaving it. John came and said leave we will fix it and take care of it for you and the other issue is not a problem. So I left my car on Wednesday and had it back on Friday. Excellent work done by everyone involved. I highly recommend them and will do business with them in the future.
I got into an accident few months ago, my car was almost total loss and my insurance Geico's adjuster recommended Miracle Repair & Refinishing Inc., I didn't really know if it will work out but two months later, my car is as good as new! They have an excellent customer service. Dave has been patient with my non-stop follow up about the car even though my insurance has already paid them! He updated me patiently with each status of the car, he calls back when I leave a message and it was just a great experience. The owner/president John were keeping me up to date as well. I couldn't be more thankful than these folks! Great Job on my Car and Outstanding Customer service!
