Nurse. The gent who presented as a nurse, was more engaging, appropriate and approached my pet with care.
Front desk staff. Flat, not particularly engaging didn't seem personally interested in my sick pet.
If I get the opportunity to provide a more favorable review I will.
My dog received excellent care during a recent emergency visit to CCVS. Caring and understanding staff, as well as being clean and available 24/7.
Came in because my regular vet was closed. The place is quite reasonable in terms of location, cleanliness etc.
215 to wait an hour to have.my puppy, who was in obvious pain, to see the most disinterested vet, who left room for something else in middle of exam, to come back after about 30 min to spend only 15 with my dog! He was rolling around, seizing, and they thought nothing was wrong!! No follow up, and very poor reception people!!.like ppl have 215 dollars to throw out the window to b told nothing!# my dog is STILL auffering, and I have nowhere to take him!! I wouldn't take an ant here! Be prepared to dole out big bucks 4 nothing!!
Vet. The female vet who attended to us was flat as well. Not engaged, definitely didn't seem to appreciate my second guessing her.
All though this place may have "saved" a lot of pets. Once they get you and your pet into the exam room they proceed to tell you if you want your pet treated its going to be a bill anywhere from 500-700 dollars.
I brought my newborn kitten here because it was showing signs of sickness. All this place told me was that they could keep the kitten over night for a charge of 1800-2000 dollars. I could not afford this and my kitten later died that day and I feel this place did not help his cause. What a robbery.
This amazing place saved our dog’s life after he almost died due to the negligence of our regular vet. When we brought our 2.5 year old Busby in at 8pm last Thursday, he was literally dying from sepsis from what was supposed to have been a simple procedure. After stabilizing him, Dr. Kochin and Dr. O’Marra conducted three surgical procedures during a 5-6 hour period through the night and saved him. His post surgical care has been phenomenal and every complication, symptom and set back has been addressed and carefully monitored. He was transferred from their Dennis location to Buzzards Bay so he could get even closer monitoring. All of the doctors, nurses, technicians and other staff have been extraordinarily kind, communicative, honest, comforting, and responsive. We will be forever grateful to them for saving Busby’s life and helping him and us through this traumatic ordeal that never should have happened in the first place.
I was however, not particularly impressed with the staff. The greeting and interaction was somewhat robotic. No one was rude just not particularly friendly or engaging.
I suspect that I'll have other opportunities to review this 24 hour vet (I live nearby) and I should disclose that I'm rather picky about vets.
