My son was very excited to bring his little dog to PetSmart for a photo with Santa only to find out Santa was not there. Santa "Dog" was standing in. This was a person dressed in a dog costume with a red vest. The layout was very shabby with a torn seat cover and garland falling on the floor. Very disappointed in the lack of interest by the store employees to make this fun and exciting.
