I called Bourne Florist hoping they could deliver an arrangement to my mom in time for Christmas. They were fantastic! They helped me choose the perfect arrangement, told me how much it would be and when they would be in her area (outside their normal delivery area) and voila! It was just that easy to put a smile on my mom's face. She raved about the arrangement! It was fresh, perfect-looking and she loved that the blooms weren't already completely open on the roses so she could enjoy them for a while. Nichole is amazing!! She designed my floral arrangements for my wedding. They came out better than I could have imagined! Nichole personally dropped of the bouquets and put the boutonnieres on each groomsmen. She went above and beyond and I would recommend her to anyone!!
July 2017 - Due to my previous great experience with Bourne Florist, I had another arrangement sent to my mother while she recuperated at Spaulding Rehab Center in Sandwich. It was gorgeous! It was so nice, the staff took it for a little walk around to show some of the patients before they delivered it to my mom! They were seriously impressed! I am seriously impressed. Don't change anything you're doing! You're fantastic!

In February when I had a bouquet delivered for Valentine's Day the delivery driver dropped the flowers in my driveway and so half the flowers were beaten up. Today when I picked up a bouquet which I ordered yesterday morning I was told that they would be ready exactly 9 a.m. For me to pick up. Lo and behold I get here at 9 that they haven't even started so to their credit they did Rush the order however it's the smallest bouquet I have ever gotten for $50. I'm not exaggerating when I can say I can do a better job putting it together myself with flowers from Stop and Shop for less money. Granted, it is a beautiful set, however the service is something to be desired.
