Excellent service. Dropped the car off at the repair shop right on schedule. Ned was extremely nice and explained everything perfectly. Return was easy and quick. A great experience.
For the most part it was outstanding. The only problem I had was not with the people or the way they presented themselves it was with Enterprises treatment of individuals without a credit card. My husband and I have been using Enterprise for well over 6 years and have not had to put a $250 deposit. I understand there is a problem with some individuals but because we have proven to be diligent with 1, returning the vehicle and 2 not having a problem paying and 3 since we are in the system something should be done to show appreciation for such faithfulness. Again, I had no problems with the people at Buzzard Bay Enterprise and appreciate their working with me.
Excellent with BuzzardsBay folk. I had a couple travel glitches which they quickly accomodated. The customer service was warm,encouraging, and personable. I will be back.

Of the few locations convenient to me, Buzzards Bay seems to be the most friendly, prompt and accommodating.
We are long-time Enterprise clients and value the helpful and professional treatment we have always received. This most recent rental was for almost 4 months while our car was stuck in a shop. Enterprise made every effort to get me the right car as a substitute, which was very much appreciated. Although the cost was covered by our car warranty, the price was more than reasonable, which is always the case with Enterprise. I would never consider using another agency unless Enterprise were not available. Many, many thanks!
